No worries, it happens! Pennyhill Park has plenty of stunning indoor spaces with beautiful light, so I’ve got you covered. If the weather takes a turn, we’ll stay flexible with the schedule and make it work. Rain never ruins a wedding, it just adds a little extra romance to your story!
What time will you arrive on the wedding day?
I usually arrive a couple of hours before the ceremony to capture those all-important getting-ready moments.
Can you capture my partner getting ready too if we’re both at Pennyhill Park?
Of course! Pennyhill Park is perfect for this as the honeymoon suite and the groom’s prep area are close enough for me to capture both. I’ll coordinate with you beforehand to plan the best timing, so nothing gets missed. It’s always special to document both sides of the story. If you would like both preps fully captured, you can always consider booking a 2nd photographer with your package.
Can you help us plan the timeline for photos?

A perfect morning awaits prior to your wedding celebrations with ample accommodation on site for you and your guests to relax and enjoy. With 124 exquisite and tastefully designed rooms available, there is something for everyone’s budget. For true comfort and space, brides and their bride tribe can use the Sandown twin room, which has 2 king size beds, a large lounge area and huge windows which provides some gorgeous natural light which is perfect for photos! Your guests can also make use of a further 5 luxury suites the night before (subject to availability).
What are the ceremony options at Pennyhill Park?
With both an indoor and outdoor option for your wedding ceremony, Pennyhill Park offers fantastic versatility for your wedding day. For the warmer months of the year, the Pavilion is a gorgeous backdrop for saying ‘I do’! Available from April till October, set down from the Lily Pond Terrace with the sweeping grounds behind, it’s a truly romantic spot for up to 120 of your guests to watch you tie the knot. For the cooler months, or in the event of a rainy day, the Library which is situated in the main house is an exquisitely styled space that can be decorated to perfectly set the style of your day.

Following your ceremony, your drinks reception can be enjoyed in the picturesque Lily Pond terrace with the pretty ivy clad house overlooking it before making your way into the newly renovated Parkview suite which is a sensational and glamourous room for the day ahead. With ample space for your wedding breakfast, speeches and dance floor later in the evening, plus its own private bar, you can guarantee your day will be a magical affair and a day to remember!
