From the moment I arrived, there was an amazing buzz in the air. Friends and family gathered with genuine excitement, the sun streamed through the windows, and Sarah’s bridal prep was full of laughter and love. It’s always those quiet, pre-ceremony moments that set the tone—and this one promised a day of real celebration.

A Ceremony Full of Smiles

Sarah and Richard’s ceremony was the perfect mix of emotion and fun. With a gorgeous backdrop and a wonderful atmosphere, they exchanged vows surrounded by the warmth of family and friends. There were smiles everywhere you looked—just the kind of wedding you want to bottle up and relive.

Group Shots and Intimate Portraits

After the ceremony, we headed outside for some relaxed group shots with just the right mix of formal and fun. Sarah and Richard were brilliant to photograph—completely in the moment and clearly loving every second of their day. Their couple portraits felt calm, genuine, and full of connection. The golden summer light was just the cherry on top.

Magic, Music and Pure Entertainment

The reception was a masterclass in making your wedding day your own. The brilliant Stephen Simmons brought the house down with his close-up magic—Sarah and Richard’s reactions were priceless—and later, Fil Straughan’s incredible vocals filled the evening with soul and energy. It was one of those nights where the music lifted everyone and made the dance floor impossible to resist.

A Bit of Creative Magic to Finish

As the evening drew in, I had the chance to create something a little different for Sarah and Richard’s twilight portrait. Using coloured gels and off-camera flash, I shot through a cluster of wine glasses to frame them in a wash of deep reds and blues. It was the perfect finish to a day full of sparkle, energy, and heart—a little creative flair for two people who absolutely deserved it.
