The Start of a Beautiful Day: Bridal and Groom Prep
Our day began with capturing both Chloe and James as they got ready. Chloe’s bridal prep was a whirlwind of laughter, excited chatter, and a few happy tears. Surrounded by her closest friends and family, Chloe looked breathtaking as her makeup artist put the finishing touches on her look. The atmosphere was buzzing with anticipation and joy, making it a perfect setting for some emotional and candid shots.
Meanwhile, James and his groomsmen were having a blast getting ready. The room was filled with jokes, camaraderie, and a palpable sense of excitement. A Wonderful Ceremony at Hospital of St Cross Church
Next, we headed to the charming Hospital of St Cross Church near Winchester for the ceremony. This church, with its historic charm and serene ambiance, provided a beautiful backdrop for Chloe and James’ vows. The sunlight streamed through the stained-glass windows, casting a warm, ethereal glow over everything.
As Chloe walked down the aisle, arm in arm with her father, you could see the emotion in James’ eyes. It was one of those perfect moments that remind you why you love capturing weddings. Celebrations at Rownhams House
After the ceremony, we made our way to Rownhams House for the reception. This venue is simply gorgeous, with its lush gardens and elegant interiors. We took advantage of the stunning scenery to capture some romantic portraits of Chloe and James, and I have to say, these two are naturals in front of the camera!
The reception was a joyous celebration filled with heartfelt speeches, laughter, and plenty of dancing. The newlyweds’ first dance was a highlight, as they swayed to their favorite song, completely lost in each other. It was a beautiful moment that perfectly encapsulated their love story.
